Samantha Henson, LICSW, is the Senior Manager of Information, Referral and Resources and Community Outreach Coordinator for Iona Senior Services – the lead agency on aging in Wards 2 and 3. Iona has programs and services for older adults and caregivers throughout DC and beyond.
Learn more about the programs and services (such as social/wellness programs, care
management, support groups, socialization calls, day programs and community dining sites) offered by Iona as well as community resources that serve older adults (such as insurance counseling, legal services, transportation, nutrition programming and programming for LGBTQIA older adults).
Ms Henson will give a brief presentation with time for Q&A in the social hall after Mass on Sunday, May 5. Please come and join us for light refreshments and an opportunity to listen to Ms. Henson’s very relevant presentation.
